In my view, HR enables the business to perform at its best - or at least it should. To that end, the HR initiatives and activities must be strategically anchored. In order to assure this, HR must be organised in proximity of the management team of any company.

Only by really understanding the business and the business drivers and dynamics of the industry can HR understand the real needs of its surroundings and act accordingly.

I am regarded a trustworthy and respected advisor, who helps companies harvest the benefits of strategic HR, by fitting the HR toolbox into their business strategy, because I care for the business and not only for HR.

My analytical, challenging and direct, albeit respectful, approach to my colleagues is appreciated. I don't make a habit of wasting people's time.
