Umme Rubaiyat Chowdhury

“Umme Rubaiyat Chowdhury is a Co-Founder & Lead Developer of Prayan IT, a developing IT firm of Bangladesh since 2015. Also she has been working as Project Manager at CBCIT, Bangladesh since 2015.

She is an undergraduate student in Computer Science and Engineering at Daffodil International University. She has also done some online courses. She is a fellow of WI-STEAM Bangladesh. She is a government certified android apps trainer.

She along with her team have achieved the best future Award from the Electric Solar Vehicle Championship in India. She is also the 2nd runners up of National Hackathon 2016 for the “Sonar Bangla” app. She is also a researcher, she published her first research paper on ICCIT 2015 conference.

She loves to introduce herself as a social worker. She is now working as Campus Ambassador at BRAC for their upcoming event Urban Innovation Challenge 2016. She believes in Women Empowerment. She wants that one day women will rule in steam related work. As for now she is taking strides in making her imagination become reality.”
