United Medical Centers is a TJC Accredited Community Health Center whose mission is to assure the availability and accessibility of basic primary and preventive health care services to all residents of the service area. At UMC, no one is turned away for the inability to pay. Patients benefiting from UMC’s services may pay on a sliding fee scale based on federal poverty level guidelines that are updated every year. The Clinic also accepts Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare and private insurance. UMC maintains nine service sites and offers Pediatric, OB/GYN, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Podiatry and Dental Services. In addition, our Centers offer in-house services such as Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology, Social Services, Family Planning, and WIC.
