Nikko Farmer

Nikko Farmer is the President and CEO of VIP Swag, a product and brand promotions company she started in April of 2014 out of the need for small and moderate sized companies to expand their marketing area. Nikko is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company. She is responsible for acquiring new business and marketing the business with the use of social media and Swag bags/baskets that are used as promotional items given away at special events. VIP Swag (formerly BizNurseWoman) is invited to participate in an array of events such as Bridal Shows in St. Louis, MO to the 2014 BET Soul Train Music Awards in Las Vegas, NV. Her motto: “We get companies and their product to events and places they would not normally have access to”.
Nikko is also a registered nurse for 14+ years; working for several hospitals and health care centers to her current position at Anthem where she is a Clinical Training Specialist (also known as Virtual Clinical Trainer). She is responsible for training internal clinicians on disease conditions, electronic health record functionality and usage; usage of various data portals, company process and workflows, as well as customer service protocols.
Nikko holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Fontbonne University; an Associate’s Degree in both Nursing and Fine Arts from Forest Park Community College and is currently pursuing a Masters in Nursing from Western Governors University. Nikko is also an organizer of the Twilight Turkey Trot, a 5k fun walk in St. Louis. The proceeds from this walk go towards providing support for the community and the nurses who care for them.
