Vagabond Restaurant

The most iconic hotel on Biscayne Blvd. is back and with it the most iconic restaurant, The Vagabond Restaurant. The restaurant is headed by Restaurateur/chef Alvaro Perez. The chef is Alex Chang.

Perez says, "We're all wandering around. We're from New York, Tokyo, Miami. The food will reflect that with an American-based menu with Latin, Asian, and European influences."

The restaurant's interior will feature a vertical garden and works by local artists, including a wall of portraits of "local vagabonds." The ceiling will boast a mural of constellations.

Resteration of the restaurant should be complete and the restaurant open by November 2014. Stop by the hotel pool bar for a mix of unique cocktails, cool vibe and laid back atmosphere from 5P-11P nightly.
