Valdir Barion

Valdir Barion is the co-founder and General Manager of Reliable Property Services, Inc., and he has been in the real estate business since 1992, when he first became a real estate broker. In the last 25 years, Mr. Barion has not only amassed numerous achievement awards, but also developed an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the real estate, property management, and general contracting & development industries. This allows him to confidently and effectively advise his clients on any and all of the many aspects involved in the building, managing, buying and selling of properties.

Married to Carol Siqueira, a long-time Chicago resident and entrepreneur, Valdir is the father of two wonderful boys, Lucas (13) and Nicolas (10). He enjoys travelling, cooking, and motorsports, and stays fit by playing tennis and training as a brown-belt at the Tohkon Judo Academy. As an active member of our global community, Mr. Barion volunteers at Tohkon Judo Academy teaching younger children to play Judo and is a supporter of the Hospital do Cancer in his hometown of Londrina, State of Parana, in Brazil, the Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Chicago Cubs First Baseman Anthony Rizzo and the @properties @gives back Community Fund.
