Hi, I am Valentin, born and raised within a very rich but complex culture, surrounded by an incredible nature: at the footsteps of the Andes, the Pacific to the West and the Amazon to the East. This mix of influences was the source for my curiosity to experience this vast and diverse world and its people.

Therefore, I decided to embark in a journey. Contrary to the path I would have wanted to take, this journey was much more safe, glamorous, admired, luxurious even, but also monotonous. However as dull as it would have seemed at times, it was a path that provided me with experiences, it took me places, and brought amazing people along the way. It was an adventure after all, which had to happen exactly that way it did so as to find myself at this very spot at this very moment in time.

So after many years of being an investment banker, feeling overly special because of my economic knowledge, the big amounts of money I managed, all the fancy screens around me and a more than comfortable salary every month, I decidedto look back into my roots. I needed to reconnect to that youngster who left home to experience the unknown, with passion to learn from others and at the same time give back in the most positive attitude

I have experienced the corporate world, helping people I didn't know to make money while focusing on money for myself, only to wake up one day and realise that I needed to do something else. I sought change, I sought my true passion.

What is better than what brings families and communities together? What is better than what awakens emotions? I decided to bring people together over the joy of sharing unique, fresh, healthy and tasty food.
