Previously Veera worked as a corporate consultant in competence development for brands like Toyota, Microsoft and KONE and was the director of Aula, a non-profit cooperative in Finland.

Veera is a global nomad who grew up in Zanzibar, Mozambique, Nepal and Thailand but now lives in Helsinki and works globally across time-zones to help advancing individuals, groups and organizations get breakthrough results, work their unique magic and achieve world domination in their area of expertise.

When she's not coaching, speaking, writing, or trying to be a semi-tolerable wife & stepmom, she can be found cooking up a storm or silently introverting in a sauna.
