The Venture Programs have two main focuses in supporting growing companies.

Venture Products:
- Non warrant lines of credit for CapEx, customer premise or sale leaseback working capital
- Non covenant
- Non callable with no MACs

The Venture Leasing products are designed to limit dilution while giving clients lines of credit from $200k to $15MM with syndication abilities to $150MM for 2 to 5 year terms that can be draw from throughout the year without penalties for non utilization or concerns of additional needs.

- Non encumbered balance sheet with no security interest liens
