A Midwestern, I lived in the Detroit, Michigan Metropolitan area for most of my working life. I have also worked and lived in Minneapolis, MN (Minne-Apple), Denver, CO (Mile High City) and Chicago, IL (Windy City). I have traveled extensively throughout the USA and generated business clients from Germany, UK, France, Spain, Swenden and Turkey.

I recognized early as a professional, I had an innate Entrepreneur Spirit, which drove me to explore innovative and creative strategies and tactics to increase revenue, reduce expenses, provide a strategic advantage or mitigate risks. Working for Fortune 500 companies, it was challenging initially to adhere to corporate policies and guidelines but after a few years, I was able to master serving both worlds effectively.

Today, business is about Newness; developed from the ground-floor, refinements or improvements are constantly required to be a consistent winner. I have integrated my Entrepreneur Spirit with my passionate for sales and sales management to recognize critical thinking and skills improvment is a process to be continued, not a a task to be completed. The old expression of you can't put new wine into old wine skin; I am constantly exploring how best to generate right new wine, the right skin to place it in and communicate with compelling-ness to achieve objectives.
