Vicky Nord

I am a full time Property Manager for Kaim Properties and a Realtor with The Michael Kaim Team. In my position as Property Manager I am responsible for managing over 80 rental properties, residential and commercial. I have developed a wonderful rapport with all my current tenants and look forward to helping them reach their goal of home ownership.

As a licensed agent, I am able not only to assist my tenants, but also my family, friends, and new acquaintances along the way. I love meeting new people and sharing their excitement when they find their perfect home.

My sister, Missy Nord, is the Closing Coordinator and Realtor for The Michael Kaim Team with over 18 years of experience. She had been trying to get me involved in real estate for years and now I finally understand why! Every day brings something different and new challenges to overcome. It is a very rewarding feeling to be able to pull together as a team and help one another out. So not only do I feel lucky to be a part of the "Kaim Team Family," but I also get to work side by side with "my" family every day, which to me is pretty amazing!
