I believe in helping people and like to find creative ways to solve problems or test/develop products that will be useful to customers. Inherent qualities like honesty, open communication and respect enable me to collaborate effectively and form trusted relationships with my peers. This in turn helps me brainstorm to come up with a concrete action plan as a group. I can then focus and work independently to help complete the planned tasks thereby striving to achieve the set goal/target which will make everyone involved in the project happy. I derive satisfaction from the fact that the end result will be useful to the people using the product.
