Vidya Ramakrishna

Hi, I am Vidya, a very simple South Indian woman as the people outside Southern India recognise and a Kannadiga as the people of South India recognise :) Family makes most of my world…the rest is made by friends and work. Talking of work, I have been a humble software professional for the big part of my career, recently out of that profession to be a “Stay At Home Mom” to my handsome and sweet tween son.

Now, as passion and hobby, I volunteer to teach kids in NGOs, read leisurely, blog at times on whatever comes to my mind (scrap at times), sleep whenever I want, just sit by the window for hours to watch the sparrows, pigeons and other birds; rains in rainy season (I love the rains of Mumbai very much) thanks to the locality I live in Mumbai which gives me the opportunity to see quite some greenery and birds in spite of tiny homes to live by!
