Vitra Gosine, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.E.

An accomplished endocrinologist, Dr. Vitra Gosine has more than 16 years combinedof medical trainingand experience spanning private practice, medical research, and academia.Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both internal medicine andendocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism, she is a fellow of the American Associationof Clinical Endocrinologists and the American College of Physicians. Recognized as one ofthe Guide to America’s Top Physicians in Endocrinology for several yearsrunning, Dr. VitraGosine has made numerous contributions to her field, including publication inthe BritishJournal of Neurosurgery. She has supported the development of therapies for endocrine diseases as a co‐investigator for several clinical trials, and has alsoconducted clinical andlaboratory diabetes research.

Dr. Vitra Gosine earned an MD from the University of South Florida College of Medicine, where she also completed a residency in internal medicine and an endocrinology fellowship.Through her affiliation with the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, Dr. Gosine hasreceived advanced training in neuroendocrine tumors and other endocrine malignancies.Currently, she practices evidence‐based endocrinology at Diabetes, Thyroid & Endocrine Associates, LLC, a Pembroke Pines, Florida, private practice. There, she treats patientswith a wide range of endocrine disorders, including hormonal excess and deficiency,metabolic syndrome, diabetes, thyroid conditions, and pathologic weight abnormalities,as well as bone disorders and endocrine cancers.
