Vivian Palmer is a Detroit-based consulting executive who has assisted school districts across the country in improving operations and meeting core mandates. Engaging with the Tukwila School District from May 2015 to June 2017, Vivian Palmer mentored Washington State staff and school administrators to help them meet state and federal guidelines in place for academic programs.

Ms. Palmer’s other achievements included overseeing organizational systems analysis and performing state and district assessments, with an emphasis on staff accountability and productivity. She also structured analytical capacities that encompassed enrollment forecasts and staffing plans.

From 2013 to 2016, Ms. Palmer held a number of consulting positions with the Education Achievement Authority of Michigan. Starting as a teaching and learning specialist, she helped create a district-wide student learning management system. She was subsequently appointed as interim-chief technology officer for a year and managed the full range of computer services, information systems, and network communications. Vivian Palmer next oversaw operations of the Teacher Incentive Fund grant, including the evaluation and award of grant-funded pay to eligible educators in the form of performance incentives.
