t I'm running for Congress in Maryland's 6th District because it's time for someone to LEAD!

As a Marine veteran and former Marine of the Year, I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution. Though my service in the military has ended, my oath has not expired. You have to have a reason to fight, or you'll never know why you are fighting. The Constitution is the reason I am fighting to be the next Representative of Maryland's 6th District.

The Constitution was crafted by men who possessed the character necessary to embark on the greatest, most virtuous political experiment that our world has ever seen. These men knew the meaning of the word "leadership."

My time in the Marine Corps taught me that leadership is a valued quality, one that is necessary of any man or woman to whom responsibility is given. However, so few of our elected officials understand what leadership is.

Leadership is not political pandering that gets us, as a nation, nowhere. Leadership is the desire, the ability, and the willingness to take effective, meaningful action for the benefit of our nation and her people, like those who signed our Consitution did so many years ago.

It's time to put the American voice and spirit back in this country. Leadership is the only way to do that. And I'm ready and willing to LEAD!
