Walter Kolker is a longtime real estate, business, banking, and travel professional. He has over fifty years of experience working in construction and building, real estate development, and financing major building projects. His expertise covers both the fields of commercial and residential real estate. Throughout his long career, Walter has been instrumental in the building and management of over 100,000 square feet of office space and more than 800 residential properties.

Walter’s banking experience includes assisting with the backing of 300 international and domestic companies with hundreds of millions of investment dollars. He also owned a Business Process Outsourcing and Information Technology services company that employed over 1,600 people in five offices throughout the world.

Walter also has extensive experience in the travel business. He was a Director, Administrator, and shareholder of Montgomery Travel Ward. While Walter was involved with the business, Montgomery Ward Travel provided travel services and credit card services to over eight million customers. He also lent his travel expertise to Freedom Travel, Inc., Hickory Travel Systems, and TraveLeaders.

Walter Kolker attended both Seton Hall University and Parsons College where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s Degree. He also spent time serving in the United States Air Force
