Identified international demographic campaigns for hiring of multilingual skills to commensurate with business budgets. Targeted hiring from Mauritius, Cameroon and Ivory Coast for French speaking candidates. Hired British expats to work in India as communication trainers at very affordable costs.

Was an ardent basketball player in school and college. Won several state and national level basketball tournaments in college. Being an active part of competitive sports taught me to handle pressure and being disciplined very early on.
