Warren Jansons

With over a decade of experience in the field of online advertising, Warren Jansons has earned acclaim for his new media and information technology skills. In his current role as Director of Sales at Ad Splash Media, Warren Jansons is responsible for all sales to direct advertisers and advertising agencies, educating and training clients about the online marketing and managing teams of Account Executives in Toronto and Montreal. Ad Splash is dedicated to providing marketing services to retailers and buyers, enabling them to reach an audience of interested consumers through the Web.

Prior to joining Ad Splash, Warren Jansons was the account director for Canoe.ca's Klix network of online advertisers, working with clients such as eHarmony.com, Math.com, Dell Computers, BMG, and PEI Tourism. At Canoe, Warren Jansons primarily focused on client-based sales, giving him expertise in working with a variety of businesses and individuals. Before becoming account director at Klix, Warren Jansons was Canoe's national account director; prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales at Netshelter Inc., an online media group based in Toronto. While at Netshelter, Warren Jansons increased the company's sales by 500% from the previous year, earning recognition from Avenue magazine as one of the "Top 40 Under 40 Alberta Entrepreneurs." Warren Jansons' Netshelter clients included Carat Fusion, Inc., Zenith Optimedia, and Avenue A/Razor Fish.

Warren Jansons' years of agency sales experience were developed during his time with British advertising firms MPP Global Communications and Communicator Corp., where he was responsible for managing sales teams, conducting client and reseller education seminars, establishing company partnerships, and setting and meeting sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Warren Jansons' clients at these firms included Sony Computer Entertainment, Tourism Australia, British Airways, Amnesty International, BBC, Universal, Sky Sports, and the Chelsea Football Club. In addition to his recognition from Avenue magazine, Warren Jansons has been nominated for the Alberta Premiers Award in Business, the Alberta Chamber of Commerce Marketing Award of Achievement, and the Volunteer Calgary Leaders in Business Award.
