Waseem Limbada

I’m Waseem Limbada, a Dallas-based entrepreneur and CEO focused on real estate, capital strategy, and business consulting. I was born in South Africa and raised in the United States, where I developed my competitive mindset through basketball. I won a state championship in high school and a national championship in college. After graduating, I had the opportunity to play professionally overseas, but I chose a different path.

I began my career as a Certified Financial Advisor with a Fortune 100 company. By age 23, I had built and led a national organization of more than 15,000 members across 23 countries. That experience taught me leadership, systems, and scale. I later launched a six-figure car rental business before moving into short-term rentals, where I scaled from one unit to 100 properties in under three years.

Through my consulting companies, I’ve helped clients secure over $20 million in funding and supported more than 1,000 Airbnb launches. Today, my focus is on helping entrepreneurs and athletes build discipline, access capital strategically, and create long-term financial freedom through execution and education.
