Wayne Small

Hey there, I’m Wayne.

Some say, I'm an acknowledged expert and highly acclaimed international speaker, specialising in Small and Medium Business I.T. I've performed training on behalf of Microsoft Australia to audiences ranging from 20 to 500. I've been awarded the highly coveted MVP award (Microsoft Valuable Professional) - the highest commendation offered by Microsoft to a non-Microsoft employee, for 16 years running, in recognition of my services and contribution to the I.T. Professional community, and was the longest standing MVP in Australia in the SMB space. In 2007, CRN Australia Magazine inducted me into the CRN Hall of Fame for my community efforts, joining the likes of Bill Gates and other leading IT Industry personnel.

In 1997 I started Sydney based SMB IT Consulting Company called Correct Solutions. In 2005, I merged Correct Solutions with two other companies to bring greater strength to the organisation. In late 2006, I've always acknowledged that my core strength lay in the technical side of things and handed over the reins to Ryan Spillane to focus on this. I spend the majority of his time working with the team at Correct Solutions to deliver world class technology solutions to our clients and ensuring that Correct Solutions team is well prepared for future technologies.

Outside of work, I'm a man of strong Christian faith, and run the media and IT teams at my local church. I'm married to an amazing woman and have two beautiful kids from a previous marriage.
