My involvement with Multi-family investing began a few years ago. My wife Tara and I started to realize that our traditional 401k retirement investing from our regular jobs would not afford us the lifestyle that we wanted to enjoy in our retirement years.

We started to investigate and realized that real estate is the largest builder of wealth in the United States. Further we found out that Multi-family or apartment investments are some of the most stable and safe types of real estate investing.

Fast forward a few years and Waypoint Property Group was formed. The goals for Waypoint for me include creating a place where people who at one time thought commercial real estate investing was not within their reach could come and participate in this asset type.

In addition I have realized that education is an important part of a family's legacy. I would like to create a family educational fund and be able to ensure the future generations of my family are able to afford a college education. The importance of my family having the opportunity to attend achieve higher education is very high on my priority and goal list and is in fact one of the goals that Waypoint Property Group will help me attain.
