Wendy Dransfield

Over the course of Wendy Dransfield’s career, she regularly received promotions within the companies that employed her. After she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Technology from the University of Wales College of Cardiff, she quickly found a position in her field, beginning work as a Project Analyst for the Professional Development and Orientation branch of the Putnam Investments Corporation in Boston. Because of her marked success in this role, Wendy Dransfield achieved a promotion to a senior executive position in less than three years. She later relocated to the West Coast of the United States to work for Robert Half International as a Recruiting Manager. Wendy Dransfield used her ability to communicate effectively with clients and market their skills to place many of her customers in high-level financial positions.

In her next position with Nelson Staffing Services, she gained a promotion after only six months due to her exceptional sales work. Most recently, Wendy Dransfield worked for Guru Worldwide Inc., in San Francisco. She came to the company in 2001 as the Director of Client Development and soon attained the title of On-Site Dedicated Account Director for the Next Level Communications/Motorola division. Ms. Dransfield helped acquire the account for Guru in her first year of employment with the firm. She went on to reorganize the division’s processes, enabling the department to run more efficiently, with a lower cost to the company.

Wendy Dransfield currently occupies herself with raising her children, and enjoys acting and hiking in her spare time.
