My name is Wes and I am a first year student at The Ohio State University.

My top five StrengthsQuest Strengths are: Harmony, Adaptability, Includer, Maximizer, and Consistency. Consistency is something I deal with everyday. I like to keep almost everything I do the same so I am able to get into a good habit of things. For example, I like to have the same routine of getting up and getting ready for the day. It is something that makes the day start of good right away when i am able to complete my routine. I do not like much change in these routines which is why consistency is big for me.

My favorite Ohio State tradition is the nickname of our university, the Buckeye. It is a very strong symbol for me as I am here at Ohio State. I learned the background of where the buckeye came from and how it become the University nickname. Thistradition is very important to me because I have had buckeye nuts in my room torepresent my love for Ohio State and how I always wanted to become a buckeye. The buckeye has brought much happiness in my life for being a symbol to remind me of my goal of wanting to become a Buckeye like I am now today and as something to be able to collect in order to make something nice that I knew my family and myself would enjoy making together.

Another assignment I enjoyed was the dream job description. My dream job is to work in the front office of a professional sports team and work my way up to become a General Manager. This is something that I have always wanted to do once I decided what I thought I would want to do for the rest of my life. Working for a professional team would be very awesome. I have always been involved in sports and I love it. That is why I believe this would be one of the best jobs for myself.
