Whiskey Bayou Charters is owned and operated by fishing charter Captain Joe Ezell, who has loved fishing since childhood. We are an inshore fishing guide service located in Delacroix LA, within 45 minutes of downtown New Orleans. When you book a fishing trip with us, you can rest assured that you will be fishing alongside a professional charter captain who is focused solely on you and your party having a fantastic trip on our charter boat.

We don't like to book any shorter than a full day fishing charter, so we can fully devote ourselves to you and your party. A standard fishing trip with Whiskey Bayou Charters includes fishing the inshore waters in the Delacroix marsh for Redfish, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, and Black Drum. All of the gear and bait will be ready for you prior to your arrival.

When booking a fishing trip with us, you will be fishing aboard a 25' Majek bay boat that's equipped with all of the necessary safety and navigation gear. You will also be provided with premium equipment and tackle for your fishing charter.

Even if you don't have a lot of experience fishing, that's ok! We're passionate about sharing our knowledge and helping people learn how to catch fish. Feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like, and we will do our best to answer them. We love sharing our knowledge about the fish species we chase and the marsh that we chase them in.
