I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, have two boys - William Campbell VI & Wesley, a wife of 5 years, and work as the 'Director for Precon Technology' at a fortune 100 company in San Francisco.

I have a non-profit app & site, MoralTrend.com, which is based on the 'Pay-it-Forward concept, and tracking good deeds.

Launching a Facilities Management, FTP, All-Encompassing Tracking solution & Preconstruction app - 'BIM Aon', which is slated to be released next year, unveiled at TechCrunch Disrupt '15. It is under the umbrella corp, 'Icon MEP' owned by William Campbell.

I also run a staffing, overflow service that also offers a 'Virtual Bench' for those that want temp employees but for a projects' length- for the BIM, 3D, Database Mgmt & CAD world, through my company Ghost Industries, via its subsidiary, 'GhostPrecon Staffing Services'.

On my free time, I enjoy writing articles for magazines in my trade, personal writing, application development, learning code & development techniques, learn & update myself in new management techniques, Investing & Stocks, taking vacations with my family, and continuing to be a mentor & career advisor to those who have worked for me or have worked with me.

I live by the 'Do unto Others' code, and always will. I believe that Honor is the strongest trait that one can possess, and do not believe that one can acquire honor or honorable traits. I believe that you are born with it, and to treat others as you would not want to be treated is a shameful way to live. I also do not partake in bad politics, or even standard gossipy politics. I am admittedly not good at it, and I don't strive to be.

By doing your work well, working smart, (not always hard), your work will speak for itself. If you keep a smile on your face, throughout, hopefully the politics don't get in your way of you doing a good job.
