William Locantro

William (Bill) Locantro is the owner of two New York-based businesses: Long Island’s Paramount Custom Homes and New York City’s Absolute Electric. Paramount Custom Homes builds luxury homes for distinguished clients throughout the Hamptons. With more than two decades of experience, the business has assembled a team of highly skilled, master craftspeople with superior technical abilities and the knowledge needed to design and build custom homes to suit all preferences and needs. William Locantro serves as the company’s principal and has built and sold hundreds of home along Long Island.

As owner and founder of Absolute Electric, William Locantro oversees a team of IBEW Local 3 electricians with a combined 100 years of experience. The team has a diverse skill set that enables them to serve the electrical needs of any construction project, including commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Absolute Electric has been contracted by Brookfield Financial Properties, Cushman & Wakefield, Empire State Realty Trust, and Tishman Speyer Properties. The company was also the main site electrical contractor for the new Freedom Tower.
