William (Bill) received his mediation training from Master Mediator Kathy Elton. Bill draws on his 20 years of experience as a contractor to help mediate between clients and contractors.

Further, as a property owner and landlord, Bill's expertise includes resolving landlord-tenant disputes. During his work with Utah State Government, Bill trained and worked in conflict resolution through the state's Certified Public Manager (CPM) program. This training and practice have given Bill experience in employment-labor resolution as well.

Other areas of dispute resolution in which Bill specializes include family issues (excluding divorces and probate matters), environmental, property and small claims.
