Asaf Yaari is a highly skilled executive with over twenty years experience in international entrepreneurship and business founding. Experience:
In the last 20 years, after his military service in the IDF (1987-1990) he was involved in several businesses (below), besides a 3 years in Intel Israel, he was involved in developing new concepts/companies, from marketing strategy planning to operations, including technical developments, personnel recruitment, logistics and certification/regulation. As an entrepreneur Yaari brought many projects from the idea stage to fruition, resulting in profitable sales.
Merlin Tao Ltd – Co-Founder, R&D and CEO and Director (2007-present) – A seed Clean-Tech company who specializes in developing Green, All-Natural products, for the residential and institutional markets. Yaari lead the developing process of the chemical formulation/products, the regulation and certification process in the US Government Environmental Protection Agency (equivalent to the FDA for drugs). Yaari lead the team who planned and executed the exhibitions in Guangzhou China, Las-Vegas USA and Stuttgart Germany and the road-shows that followed.
Merlin Communication Ltd – Founder and director (2004-present) – The company is one of the major players in Israel in online contextual advertising. Yaari (through Power Positioning) managed large PPC campaigns so the lack of localization and personalization in AdWords in THAT TIME, lead the need, the idea and the Technical specification of the system (150p, which Yaari wrote)
The company developed some unique tools allowing its customers to improve their ROI through localization.
Power Positioning Ltd – Co-Founder, R&D and CEO (2002-2009) – The Company specialized in online retail and international trade of luxury items, Gadgets & home-medics to end-customers through more than 40 online stores with local warehouses in the US and Europe.
