Yaaseen Fredericks

Yaaseen Fredericks was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. His friends often describe him as being born with his laptop in his arms as he's basically attached to it. He grew up interacting with computers and technology from an early stage in his life and is a true web geek at heart even though he would never really admit to it. However he has many traits that points to the existence of typical geekofelia in his blood, being a college (University Of Cape Town) dropout is one of them. (Which didn't last long as he finds himself back at UCT driving lecturers up the wall.)

He is a talented web enthusiast who spends most of his day surfing the web trying to catch the next big wave. When he's not surfing the web he has been known to be found in his hybernation chamber coding away.

He is a great fan of the start-up community and contributes where he can in order to grow innovation in his own community.
