Yigal Lelah’s residential construction projects have ranged from high-end luxury mansions to affordable housing for blue-collar workers and first-time homebuyers.
Since 1994, Mr. Lelah has centered his professional activities in Dallas. He owned and operated Dallas-Fort Worth’s Summit Custom Homes from 1994 to 2005, building custom houses and winning multiple design and construction awards from the Fort Worth chapter of the Architectural Institute of America.
Yigal Lelah has owned and operated Casa Bella Homes for the past decade. From its Dallas headquarters, Casa Bella builds relatively low-price houses and develops residential subdivisions throughout the region. Casa Bella’s growing communities include La Valencia, Pleasant Oaks, and Morada Ranch.
