Yocelin Gallardo

I am currently an undergraduate student at California State University, Fresno (Fresno State) with a commitment for journalism, production, multimedia and public relations. I am set to graduate in May of 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism with a concentration in broadcast journalism and public relations from Fresno State.

During my time at Fresno State, I have focused on developing my skills as a multimedia journalist. With the desire to always keep improving, I have taken advantage of many opportunities that are available in the Fresno area.

I have had the opportunity to cover topic such as, Covered California, the 2012 Presidential Election, campus affairs, and local arts and entertainment. My goal is for my work to signify me as a credible storyteller. My job isn't just to tell you a story, it is my job to leave an impact, as well.
