After studying journalism, I launched myself into the writing world in whatever way I could and have since found my passion for spreading my view of living a more conscious out-of-the-box life through my teaching and writing. Developing programs to help people challenge themselves to be better humans and expressing my position through the use of beautiful images and words.

Incorporating travel into my life by teaching ESL English, I have been able to establish myself as a traveling Yoga Teacher and Experiential Travel Writer and have been growing my business ever since. I don't tell you where to go and eat in every country, I speak about what happens internally when you experience what you do. As a result, I am now skilled at using various social media channels to market myself in a professional capacity. Turning my passion into my life's work.

My life is an open book, my blog focuses on the tools I use to learn about myself and my life. It's a way to connect with the people around me on a real and visceral level.
