An accomplished real estate development professional, Yuin Kim has served as president of Zwerver Development, Ltd., in Calgary, Alberta, for nearly 25 years. In his role, he has overseen the acquisition and development of more than a dozen different properties throughout western Canada, as well as the western United States. Yuin Kim also takes a hands-on approach with the other aspects of his business, overseeing its daily operations and managing every aspect of each real estate development process, from the conceptual phase all the way through final completion.

One of Yuin Kim’s most successful projects was located in the Westmount area of Calgary. The Westmount project represented reentry into the custom home market for Mr. Kim and his company. The company acquired two riverfront lots (each approximately 200 feet in depth) which was then split into four duplex sites in the high-demand Westmount area, developed the land, and sold two lots for home construction purposes and built out two semi detached units. The project is estimated to have a current market value of nearly $4.5 million.
