I have been married for 32 years to my high school sweetheart. I am the mother of 3 sons, ages 30, 29, and 22; snd the the mother-in-law of 1 beautiful daughter-in-law.

I traveled with my husband for 20 years during his service in the United State Army. I have live in Illishiem, Germany, Birkenfeld, Germany, Baumholder, Germany, and El Paso, Texas.

I have worked for the El Paso Times and Heral Post for 4 years. I also worked as a forest cartographer for 15 years. I began my career aa an elementary teacher 5 years ago. I taught 5th grade mathematics and social studies for four years and 4th grade mathematics and language arts beginning this year. I am currently working towards a Doctoral degree in Early Chilhood Education and a mathematics endorsement.

My joy is boundless as I am afforded the oportunity to educate young children. There is nothing more worthwhile than opening the portal that leads children to their potential. In the process, they teach me each and every day.
