What do you want to be when you Grow Up" and why?: When I grow up I want to be someone who left an impact on the people around me. My grandfather was a man who made sure that those around him knew that they were loved.
What advice do you have for new cougar parents?: Trust your child. College is a time when students really discover themselves, who they are, what they like, their aspirations. They will need your support in this process, so be there for them when they need you, but also give them the room they need to grow.
Where is your favorite place to study?: Well, If I'm not studying in the Library, I prefer to study at the daily grind. The daily grind is a small coffee shop in downtown Pullman. It has a great environment to study in, and I get a lot of work done there.
What is your fondest memory of wsu thus far?: My Freshman Year we were playing #25 UW the day after Thanksgiving. My dad and me drove back for the game, and got back into Pullman at 11:30 PM on Thanksgiving. Waking up early the next day I got a seat front row, 50 yard line with a few friends. Initially it looked like a beatdown, we were down 28-10 towards the end of the 3rd quarter. We battled back and beat UW 31-28 in Overtime. It was the most exciting sporting event I have ever been to, and solidified my decidion to be a Cougar.
Favorite Band: My favorite band has to be Linkin Park. I remember listening to them in elementary school, and never really grew out of it. I got to go with some friends to the gorge amphitheater and see them tour with 30 seconds to mars and AFI.
Favorite quote: "Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing it is stupid." - Albert Einstein.
