He is a degree holder from Stockholm University School of Business with Masters in Business Administration focus on Marketing. Zakaria founded; Captus Innovations, Unified Networks EMEA LTD, ISP X2 LTD, 4Weeks4Life, Samafy.com and StartUpSomalia.com.
Also winner of the Best New Recruit in Arctic 15 2012 and InternetWorlds 8th Hottest Startup of Sweden 2012. Voted one of Sweden's Supertalent of 2013 by Veckans Affärer.
Zakaria's background and experience reveal strong skills in the areas of coaching/mentoring, project methodologies, project management and director roles, strategic planning advice and organisational skills. He set up multiple offices in Nairobi, Stockholm, London, Accra and Bogota.
