Carolyn Shelton

Chef Carolyn Shelton left the Airlines to pursue her passion to work with Youth at Risk and and write cookbooks about the contributions Creoles have made to the culinary world. Ms Shelton has published two books on the market/Zydeco Blues and Gumbo/ and a children's book Gumbo Grits & Sweet Dough Pies. Ms Shelton Host a cooking show and runs her own catering.
