Einstein's words: “A ship is always safe at the shore, but that is not what it is built for” made me evaluate my actions and its consequences. I thought about my future, the two faces of my future: what most likely will be and what should be.

The first one, the comfortable, effortless one in which I would not be taking risks would lead to an average future. The second one, the unknown and high risk face of my future would take more time and more effort. However, at the end it would be the best one; a future that I would be proud of.

This led me to believe that the higher reward is in the higher risk. Converting my thoughts into actions, originally from Mexico I saw an opportunity in France to develop competencies in the field that I am passionate about, Finances, and I took it!

This risk provided me with an array of goal-oriented experiences in international locations, in Mexico and different parts of France. These experiences leverage to surmount obstacles and exceed performance expectations. Taking this risk also improved my language skills in Spanish, English and French.

Ambition and diligence are trusts that reflect me as an individual. These are qualities that have driven me to escape from the ordinary.

Take a risk! In the end we only regret the chances we didn’t take.
