Ashley 'Kaitlin' Prazak

IT, Project Manager, and Business Planner in Texas

I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin - Baylor in December of 2018. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and Information Technology, with a focus on Website Design and Development. While attending college, I was the President of the local chapter of Gamma Beta Phi, a nationally recognized academic honor society.

I worked for the City Clerk in Belton, Texas for 3.5 years. While working at City Hall, I primarily worked in Tyler Content Manager.

In the summer of 2017, I had the privilege of working for a great company which allowed me to work closely with developers as they created and launched a new application. The new application gave me hands on experience in working and manipulating XAML and HTML code.

In the summer of 2018, I worked for a local business by assisting in the development of an internal website to manage the data from each convenience store the company owned.

I began working for Dell Technologies in January of 2018 as a ProSupport and ProSupport Plus Senior Technician as a Managed and Break Fix agent. In 2020, after being a trainer for new hire teams, I transitioned into a backend role assisting our frontline support with technically complex issues. This role provides the opportunity to lead trainings and become a point of contact for several teams. My training experience and bachelors degree led to becoming a trainer and communications lead in October of 2022 to assist our frontline and backend teams in handling complex issues. In October of 2023, I became a Business Planner PM assisting with executive presentations, communications, and budgeting

I am educationally driven and work hard at everything I do. I look forward to each project/assignment handed my direction and will devote my time to ensure success.
