Imagine abruptly waking up in the middle of the night because your air supply is being cut off.

That's what happens when a sea turtle is swimming in its home and gets caught in OUR plastic waste -- fishing lines, soda bottles, straws, and beyond.

Over 100 million marine animals are killed each year due to plastic debris in the ocean, according to the Sea Turtle Conservatory. What if there was something killing over 100 million people each year?

What many don't realize is that plastic waste is also harming us as humans. The plastic creation process pollutes our air, exposure to the toxic chemicals in plastic are a contributing factor to cancer and birth defects, and beyond.

Those little conveniences that we've been enjoying as a luxury are harming the animals we share this earth with, as well as the very planet we rely on for life.

It's time to make a change.

It's time to put an end to plastic use.
