Professionally, I am a customer-centric finance and customer service specialist with a strong background in financial product sales and banking operations. My experience spans conducting targeted client consultations to drive cross-selling, navigating CRM tools, and executing effective debt recovery operations through strategic negotiation. Additionally, I hold certifications as an QMS Internal Auditor and in digital marketing, allowing me to bring a unique blend of quality compliance, analytical thinking, and adaptability to every team I join.
My hobbies
In my personal time, I channel my creativity into digital content creation as the creator of the YouTube channel The Path of Peace, where I focus on mindfulness and motivational scripting. I am also passionate about personal styling, with a keen eye for tailored formal wear and grooming aesthetics. Additionally, I enjoy tracking the latest trends in consumer tech and electronic gadgets, and I place a high priority on balancing my creative goals with spending meaningful time alongside my family and young child.

Excel in Customer Support & Sales Leadership: Secure a Senior Customer Support Representative or Team Leader role, leveraging my previous experience at Paisabazaar and IndusInd Bank to drive sales targets, optimize CRM performance, and lead a high-performing team.
Grow Digital Marketing & Content Skills: Build hands-on experience in digital marketing while completing my studies at Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (Wazirpur Campus). I plan to apply these insights to expand the reach and audience engagement of my YouTube channel, The Path of Peace.
