Aamir is an E-Business Consultant, working with his own E-business Consulting & Technology Solutions venture in Geelong. He is also working with Australian Sports Technologies Network and ICT Geelong as a Digital Manager. He is also co-founder of a Not for Profit social venture Stand India, which aims at creating a platform for all the causes, NGOs and volunteers to come together. Aamir did his MBA inInformation Management from Deakin University where he was elected as Member of Academic Board. As a part of Business Practicum Unit, Aamir completed a research project with City of Greater Geelong and National Broadband Network on the Business Model of Geelong Smart City Hub.
Earlier Aamir was working as Automobile Engineer with Honda Cars India Ltd, Greater Noida Unit where he was highly acknowledged for developing a Document management system AF DocuShare which was deployed horizontally in all the departments of Honda.
He was elected as Gen Secretary of AMU Students' Union 2011 comprising of 35,000 students and holds the record of being the first Non Residential student and Second engineering student to hold the post since the inception of AMU Students Union way back in 1884. As Secretary, Aamir was popular for bringing about remarkable reforms in the field of Education and Placements. As Secretary, Aamir had very strong connections from various political leaders. He was among very few people who accompanied Mr. Rahul gandhi in his PadYatra to protest against farmers' land acquisition in Uttar Pradesh.
Aamir did his bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University. He founded and initiated various forums, networks, magazines and events in his college like AMUlive, theTechnocratz, ZHCET Forum, InTouch etc. He carried out several research and was published in various National and International conferences.
