I am an Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Duke University using engineering and political analysis to help solve global challenges related to water and health. Even the best tech cannot overcome political challenges, the best policies cannot be created without good science and good science cannot be done without good tech. Its a different kind of water cycle.
