Aaqilah Lewis

24 year old recent college grad. Majored in theatre with a concentration in acting and directing at East Stroudsburg University of Pennslyvania. I aspire to sink my teeth into to the arts and entertainment. I've done acting and modeling before, mostly stage acting though, because of my theatre background. I'm currently an intern at a local film production company (Get-A-Grip music group LLC) studying directing, editing and film production. I'm looking to have experience in all aspects of the industry. While studying theatre, I've preformed in productions such as, "For Colored Girls who have Considered Suicide when the rainbow was Enuf" and "The Vagina Monologues" my Film Credits include "Four Drops of Poison" and "Ella in the Hood"
I love what I do and I strive to do even more. I know I don't have an extensive resume at the moment, but what I do have is incredible drive and ambition for what I do. We all have to start out somewhere, right? Well this is my beginning and I want more than anything to have the opportunity to put myself out there so people can see me do what I love. I'm confident enough in my heart to know I won't be a failure because I believe you can never fail at fulfilling your heart’s desire.
