Hi, I’m Aarati — a consultant based in Gurgaon, India, with a passion for building and scaling impactful businesses. I’ve helped grow three startups from the ground up, including my most recent venture as a founder.

I am now on my second act and 4th startup… Founding CultureLab360 - and on a mission to build positive, engaging culture in the workplace, an area I am deeply passionate about.

We help leaders move beyond slogans to build workplaces where values come alive, people thrive, and culture becomes the engine of sustainable growthAs an advisor, I work with startups and SMEs—especially in the Customer Experience (CX) space—to identify their core strengths, build culture-first teams, and get ready to scale or prepare for a successful exit.
