Aaron Etingen

Aaron Etingen is the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global University Systems
(“GUS”).

Aaron founded the business in 2003 with one institution and four students, fast forward and today GUS serves more than 100,000 students in its campuses and more than 20 million students online
through one if its 30 owned institutions across the globe. The business continues to grow rapidly across the world with its many learning verticals, including
law, medical, engineering, IT, etc. In recent years, Aaron led the online transformation of the company, allowing for nearly 100% of all courses to be available online and provide the students with full flexibility. He continues to innovate its business model, leveraging unique technologies to
create a dynamic learning education platform for growth.

GUS group has built and grown multiple highly-awarded higher education institutions under Aaron’s
leadership. The University of Law, which was added to the GUS network in 2015, is now a world-renowned university and a leading provider of professional legal training in the UK and Europe. The
institution was also recognised as the best university in England in National Student Survey 2020. Similarly, University Canada West, which was added to the network in 2014, is a 5 star rated university in QS Top Universities rankings.

As a result of continued education excellence, GUS group and its institutions have won severalaccolades over the years, including the “Queen’s Award for Enterprise” in 2013 for achievements in
international trade. Additionally, Arden University was awarded the “Education Business of the Year”in 2020 at the prestigious Education Investor Global Awards. Due to its continued global success, GUS was also awarded the title of “Private Education Group of the Year” at the Education Investor Awards in 2019.

With its recent addition of the leading UK based online education platform, FutureLearn, the group
