Former athlete turned Chef. It was thirteen years ago that my career as a soccer player ended so I dropped the boots and picked up a knife and never looked back. I started out tossing pizza like I am sure so many before me have. Not to long after I tossed my first zza I move on to become an oyster shuck at the Blue Light Bar and Grill. I rose through the ranks fast at the BLG and quickly became the Rounds Chef. After a few years of the C'Ville rat race I was off to the big city and my home town Sweet home Chicago! Where I hounded my skills as a up and coming cook staging for numerous Chef in the city trying to soak up as much culinary knowledge as I could. From Chicago to San Diego were I became a Sous Chef and then San Diego to Yosemite were I got my first job as a head Chef. Please check out my work at the Evergreen Lodge in Groveland,Ca.
