My name is Aaron, I'm a Minnesota native, software quality engineering professional, and lifelong learner. I’ve built my career around improving systems, solving complex problems, and delivering reliable, high-impact software — particularly within large-scale, state government–regulated platforms. With over four years of experience supporting enterprise Medicaid and social services systems, I’ve worked in highly compliance-driven environments where accuracy, stability, and accountability are critical. I’ve designed and implemented automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and CI/CD integrations to reduce manual effort, increase system reliability, and strengthen release confidence across SIT, UAT, and production environments.
Beyond automation, I bring hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and data operations, supporting workflow validation, data integrity, and system configuration within regulated ecosystems. I enjoy operating at the intersection of technical execution and business impact — whether leading defect triage, delivering root-cause analysis, presenting readiness updates to stakeholders, or translating complex technical challenges into actionable solutions. I’m especially interested in opportunities where I can combine my technical foundation with communication, client engagement, and strategic problem-solving — whether in Quality Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management roles.
When I’m not working, I’m usually playing guitar, golfing with friends when I can, exploring new places, or spending time with friends and my dog, Wilson. I value growth — both professionally and personally — and try to bring that same curiosity, discipline, and energy into everything I do.
