About Me
I'm a dedicated IT professional and passionate grassroots football coach, balancing a career in technology with a commitment to football youth/senior development in football.
I completed a degree in Mobile, Web & Game Design from Cardiff Metropolitan University and bring 9+ years of technical experience to my current role as a Tier 2/3 Product Support Analyst at Zellis. For the past 18 months, I have been focused on delivering high level support and technical solutions within a fast paced enterprise environment, helping clients maintain system stability and performance.
Outside of my IT career, I'm proud to serve as a UEFA B Licensed First Team Coach at Glascoed Football Club. Over the last year, I have contributed to the growth and development of first team players, emphasizing both skill progression and personal confidence on and off the pitch.
Coaching allows me to apply my analytical mindset, communication skills and leadership experience in a completely different but equally rewarding context.
